Som...I completely understand what you are feeling. Sometimes we need to actually increase our calorie consumption, and especially if you increase your activity. Our bodies seem to thwart all our best efforts. If we eat too little, they go into starvation mode and wont let go of weight. Maybe try substituting healthier choices, or changing what exercise you are doing. Our bodies get used to doing certain exercises and sometimes all we need to do is mix it up to see results. I know it can be so frustrating! I plateaued for six months! Keep working on it, keep tweaking things and eventually you will get there. I want a more healthy relationship with my food and weight, but despite getting more strict and doing more my weight has stayed the same.
